By downloading or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the app.

Grove is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app
3. User Content
Task names and other content you enter into Grove are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to us. You are solely responsible for the content you create.
4. Intellectual Property
The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JeremyMCastillo and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the app.
7. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from your device. We reserve the right to discontinue the app at any time without notice.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
